Wynna´s magic severing

Created by a high priestess of the goddess of magic, this spell cuts the connection of an arcane spellcaster to the weave of magic indefinitely. The target of the spell must be within touch range of the its caster for the entire duration of the casting time. At the end of that time, the target makes a Charisma saving thrown. On a failed save, the character loses its connection to the weave of magic, permanently losing its ability to cast arcane spells. On a success, the target resists the effect and becomes immune to it for 24 hours. No mortal means are capable of reversing the effect of this spell.
