The Caster must utter "Anyway here's Wonder Wall" to cast the spell.
once the spell is cast a translucent wall that is six feet tall, three feet wide and three inches thick will appear within a three foot square of the caster, The caster must ask their question in a "I wonder" statement then roll a D4 to determine how the wall answers.
1 - DM choice
2 - Silent images (not necissarily still images)
3 - Written text on the wall
4 - Audio
The caster then rolls a intellegence check to see if they fully understand the answer of the Wonder wall.
Caster may ask the wall three questions ever fourty eight hours.
Note: At the descression of the DM an added side effect of using the spell may be having the song 'Wonder wall' by Oasis stuck in their head and may make random wisdom saving throws of 10 or greater to not have to sing some of the lyrics or hum the tune.
