A bolt of uncontrolled pure magical energt is shot out, rapidly changing colors and directions until it hits its mark, upon a hit the attack is an automatic roll on the wildmaic table centered on the target. If the wildmagic roll is an effect that would normally effect the caster, it changes to effect the target.
