This spell creates a small company of skeletal soldiers. Choose an unoccupied space within range to summon each unit. Your spell calls upon the eternal soldiers of a lost lord of the shadowfell, summoning your choice of two skeleton soldiers or one skeleton warrior.

The soldiers obey your every command to the best of their abilities. Upon being summoned each creature rolls initiative and take their turns on next initiative. simple commands can be given as a free action, such as attacking a specific target or advancing to a specific location. More complex tasks such as item interactions, readying actions or searching require a bonus action to direct.

If concentration is held for the full duration and the soldiers survive they will remain until destroyed. This spell can summon a maximum of 4 total soldiers at 3rd level increasing by 4 for every 2 levels. For every 3 days a soldier survives, their ability scores increase by 1. This can happen a number of times equal to your spellcasting modifier.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, you can summon two extra soldiers, and one extra warrior for every 2 levels higher than 3rd. If cast at 7th level a Skeleton Crusher can be summoned and is considered equal to 8 soldiers.
