This spell grants the following beneifits:
-Add 60 ft of flying speed to the creature's flying speed ( am minimum of 60).
-Resistance to lightning and thunder damage for the duration.
-Any object weighing 10 pounds or less not being carried is immeadiately pushed out of a 10ft radius centered on the creature spelled.
-Any projectile attack made at the creature spelled is made with disadvantage.
It also provides one special early end effect:
-If the creature chooses to end the spell early, and expends an 8th level spell slot, the creature may cast one of the following spells as a level 8 spell: Call Lightning, Chain Lightning, or Lightning Bolt. 'Wrath of the Storm' ends all effects immeadiately, and the new spell takes place. If the creature was in the air when it ended 'Wrath of the Storm', it descends at a speed of 60 ft per turn and takes no fall damage.
