Not much is truly known about the creation of this spell other than that it was utilized by a Wizard(?)...uh....Warlo-....Sorcerer(!?)...by the name of Jimathuel Wyhnsylvester and perfected overtime by many a spellcaster.
Anyway, whenever you use a reaction to cast this spell, choose one of your spells of 4th level or below and give it to an opponent or ally to use. Once either of them has the spell, they must stop what they're doing and use their entire action to cast it. If the recipient refuses to cast the spell, the magic will immediately be casted on the end of their turn and will either take full damage or automatically fail the saving throw depending on the spell given. Following that, anyone within 20ft. of the recipient will have to make the same saving throw or suffer same effects as them. If a healing spell is used and isn't casted, the recipient will exude a 30ft. aura that'll heal the max amount to anyone except the user, but will then take a point of exhaustion every two turns for anyone within the aura while the emitter is unaffected.
For WIld Magic users, this spell has a new effect. When you have a Wild Magic Surge, you can use a reaction to thrust it onto an opponent or ally(but why the ally, though?) which will go off and cause them to lose their current turn in combat. However, this can only be done once to any opponent while fighting them.
Casting this spell at 5th level or higher will only result in you being able to give higher level spells to opponents or allies. Although, if you're a Wild Magic Sorcerer, casting this at 6th level or higher will result in you being able to choose which wild surge effect will be inflicted.
* - When you have a "Wild Surge" or want to give magic to an opponent or ally.
