As an action you can howl a 20 word message in your native tongue that any other Tamaska can hear and understand in a 10 mile radius. These Tamaska must make a straight dc10 Wisdom (Perception) check to know the direction the howl is coming from.

Other creatures with a passive perception of 14 within a mile of the howler can hear the howls and can make a straight dc15 Wisdom (Perception) check if they wish to know the direction it is coming from. Only creatures with advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks involving hearing and a passive perception of 14 can hear the howl within the 10 mile radius if they are outside the one mile radius. These creatures can make a straight dc15 Wisdom (Perception) check if they wish to know the direction the howl is coming from. The dc lowers by 2 for each message you send within the same time frame.
