You conjure a one-story tower made of stone, wood or other building materials. The caster may customize the shape of the tower to their desires. The levels are 3 meters (10 ft.) tall, and has an area of 15 square meters (50 square ft.), and will be connected by a spiral staircase.  Each time you may either create a new tower, or one that was already conjured before. The levels may take the shape of:

• Bedroom: up to 2 beds, up to 4 chairs, 2 small tables, 1 chest and a small hearth. The caster may decide the layout and the amount of furniture.
• Study: 3 desks, 3 bookshelves (empty for now), 20 sheets of parchments, an ink pen and ink bottle.
• Washroom: 2 toilets, up to 4 washtubs.
• Empty Room: No furniture or equipment.

The conditions inside the tower are influenced by the caster, including the humidity and temperature. Any furnishing or equipment removed from the tower last only 10 minutes, before returning to their original position. At the end of the spell's duration any creatures or objects that aren't part of the spell (or aren't added to the tower) appear outside of the tower's entrance, and the tower disappears without a trace.
To add any equipment or furniture to the levels of the tower you must first prepare the corresponding equipment or furniture, and, after casting the spell, complete a 1 hour ritual to add the object to the tower. They are now considered part of the tower and obey the according rules.

Recasting the spell on the same tower will extend it's duration by another 24 hours. If the caster is more than 1 mile (1.61 km) away from the tower, it disappears without a trace.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you create two additional stories for each slot level above 1st. The price of the components doubles accordingly.
