Base Class: Monk
The monk who follows the way of the drunken values, above all else, to take it easy. Rigid discipline and hard work are for others, the Drunkard needs only their liquor, and a game to spend the time.
Bonus Proficiencies
When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the Acrobatics skill if you don’t already have it. Your martial arts technique mixes combat training with the precision of a dancer and the antics of a jester. You also gain proficiency with brewer’s supplies if you don’t already have it.
You also gain proficiency with improvised weapons. They are considered monk weapons for you.
What's Your Poison
At 3rd level, as part of a long rest, you can create the substance that fuels your Drunken Fury. You can make a number of servings of special alcohol equal to half your proficiency bonus rounded up. As a bonus action, you can ingest one and regain a number of ki points equal to half your proficiency bonus, rounded up. You determine if each serving is in its own container, or in a larger pouch you carry.
Additionally, Whenever you use Flurry of Blows, you gain the benefit of the Disengage action, and your walking speed increases by 10 ft. until the end of the current turn.
Quick Thinking
Starting at 6th level, you can move in erratic, unconventional ways. You gain the following benefits.
Leap to Your Feet. When you’re prone, you can stand up by spending 5 feet of movement, rather than half your speed.
Improvised Combo. You can use improvised weapons in additional ways by spending ki. When you make an attack with a one handed improvised weapon, you can use your bonus action and spend 1 ki point to make a ranged attack (20 ft/60ft) with the same weapon that deals extra damage equal to your proficiency bonus. When you attack with a two handed improvised weapon, you can use your bonus action and spend 2 ki points to use the weapon as cover. Until your next turn, you gain 1/2 cover.
Dramatic Stupor
Starting at 11th level, you gain proficiency with the performance skill if you don't already have it.
Additionally, you have advantage on performance checks while you are drunk.
When you ingest your special brew, you fall deeper into a state of intoxication. When you use a bonus action to drink a serving of your special alcohol, you pretend to, or actually do, fall asleep, trip, sneeze, or have some other gaffe. Each creature that can see and/or hear you makes a wisdom(insight) check with the DC being your Ki save DC. Until your next turn, you may spend 2 ki points to make an attack with advantage against any creature that failed it's insight check when it enters your reach. Each successive attack costs an additional 2 ki points until your next turn.
Intoxicated Frenzy
Your proficiency with Improvised Weapons has become legendary. When you throw your weapon with the attack granted by your Tipsy Sway feature, you may spend 1 additional ki point to make another ranged attack provided you have another one handed improvised weapon within your reach. You may do this as many times as you like. When you use your weapon for cover with your bonus action granted by your Tipsy Sway feature, you may spend 5 ki points to gain full cover instead.
