Level 3: Writing expertise

You gain proficiency with calligraphy tools
You can use scrolls including spell scrolls as a bonus action as long as it normally takes an action to cast  Note: normal spell restrictions still apply
You can get scrolls for half price and if you choose to craft them  half time 

Level 5: Scroll preservationist

when you use a spell scroll roll a d20 if you roll 9 or lower the scroll is destroyed as normal, if you roll a ten or higher the scroll is saved 

Level 5: Scroll Enhancement

you can add a spell slot of first or higher when casting spells from scrolls doing so will act as if you cast the spell at a higher level equal to  the base scrolls level plus the slot used (you cannot use this to cast spells higher then 9th level  doing so will always destroy the scroll 

Level 5: Spell Capture

as a reaction when a spell is cast you can roll a d20 and add your intelligence modifier  if your roll euqals or is greater then the spell level plus 10 the spell  fizzles out and you are able to cast the spell at the same level as was captured  as a bonus action 


you can do this a number of times per long rest equal to your intelligence modifier 

Level 9: scroll master

you may  cast leveled spells from scrolls as a bonus action as well as casting them as an action  up to  an amount of times equal to your proficiency bonus,


you may also ignore any requirements to use any scroll 

Level 15: improved Scroll Enhancement

any spell slot used for your Scroll Enhancement feature will count as double it still cannot go over 9th level
