6th Euphoria in Motion
14th Ecstasy Unbound

Revelry’s Edge (3rd Level)

When you join the College of the Revelry, your rogue’s rhythm fuses with bardic artistry. You blend movement, music, and danger into one seamless performance.

Reveler’s Rhythm.
When you use your Cunning Action to Dash, Disengage, or Hide, you may also make a Performance check as part of the same bonus action.
If the result of your Performance check equals or exceeds 10 + your proficiency bonus, one ally who can see or hear you gains a Bardic Inspiration die (no action required).
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Rhythmic Precision.
When you deal Sneak Attack damage, you can expend one use of Bardic Inspiration to add the Bardic Inspiration die to the damage roll.
If you do so, that attack rings with divine or infernal resonance (your choice). Until the start of your next turn, any ally who hits the same target adds your Charisma modifier (rounded up) +proficiency to their damage rolls against that creature.

Synergy: Works perfectly if multiclassed with Rogue (Reveler). This lets Val’s Sneak Attacks feed momentum to her team through artistry and flair.

Blade as Instrument (3rd Level)

Your weapon is both an instrument and an extension of your performance.

 • You may use any finesse or light melee weapon as a bardic spellcasting focus.

 • When you cast a spell that targets a creature you’ve damaged this turn, the spell’s saving throw DC or spell attack roll gains a +1 bonus.

 • You may flavor your somatic and verbal components through motion, rhythm, or the ringing of your weapon.

Euphoria in Motion (6th Level)

You dance through battle like a divine storm, leaving dazzled foes and inspired allies in your wake.

Fever Step.
When you use Uncanny Dodge or succeed on a Dexterity saving throw, you may immediately move up to 10 feet without provoking opportunity attacks.
The space you left behind is marked by an illusory afterimage until the start of your next turn.
Enemies that move through that space must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC = your spell save DC) or suffer disadvantage on the next attack roll they make before the end of their next turn.

Shared Pulse.
When an ally uses your Bardic Inspiration and succeeds on the roll, you can use your reaction to make a single melee weapon attack or cast a cantrip that targets the same creature.
This attack counts as a Sneak Attack if you meet the normal conditions (even outside your turn).

Synergy: This turns your Bardic Inspiration into a rhythm mechanic — a “call and response” combat duet between Val and her allies.

Ecstasy Unbound (14th Level)

You have mastered the divine rhythm of revelry, turning battle into worship and motion into magic.

As an action, you begin your Ecstatic Performance, which lasts for up to 1 minute or until you are incapacitated. You must maintain concentration (as if concentrating on a spell).

During this performance:

 • You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed, surrounded by motes of radiant or shadowed energy (your choice).

 • You and friendly creatures of your choice within 30 feet can’t be charmed or frightened. You may end one of those effects once per turn if already affected.

 • You and your chosen allies gain temporary hit points equal to 1d6{{classlevel#signed}} your Charisma modifier at the start of each of your turns.

 • Once per turn, when you deal Sneak Attack damage or when an ally uses your Bardic Inspiration, you can unleash a wave of revelry. Each enemy of your choice within 15 feet must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC = your spell save DC) or be blinded until the start of your next turn, dazzled by ecstatic light and sound.

 • Your spells with verbal components no longer require speech; your movements, music, or heartbeats suffice.

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest, unless you expend a 3rd-level or higher spell slot to use it again.

Visuals: This is Val’s apotheosis — wings of light or ribbons of melody spiraling outward as her laughter drives despair from the field.

Design Notes

 • Intended Multiclass Pairing: Rogue (Reveler) 3+ / Bard (College of the Revelry) X

 • Playstyle: Agile frontline duelist / battlefield performer. Encourages chaining actions with allies for synergy.

 • Inspiration Flow: Bardic Inspiration as both ally buff and self-trigger for combat flourishes.

 • Themes: Divine defiance, chaotic joy, living artistry, holy rebellion through performance.

 • Mechanical Flavor: Mid-range duelist bard with reactive combat rhythm. Functions like a “support swashbuckler” whose magic and attacks feed each other.

Optional: Roleplaying the College of the Revelry

Those who join the Revel don’t enroll — they ignite.
Their oaths are danced, not spoken; their faith is joy sharpened to a killing edge.
Followers often revere Lysshae, goddess of passion and rebellion, or claim to hear the echoes of Val’s laughter through the strings of their blades.
