Base Class: Monk
Monks of the Way of the Flowing Air are monks who acquired their abilities by harnessing the powers of spirits of nature and wind. Similar to druids, they spend nearly all of their lives away from civilization, usually deep within grassy, hilly plains, or high above the clouds on the icy peaks of mountains, where they peacefully attune to the breezy wind. With the help of the spirits of nature they have lived with their entire lives, these monks gracefully move across the battlefield, dodge attacks, and deliver critical blows as if the wind itself is in their favour.
Natural Blow
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you gain the ability to use the wind to enhance your accuracy to your attacks, and use the spirits to help you in combat. Whenever you make an attack roll, if you have moved more than half of your total movement speed this turn before the attack, you gain advantage on the first attack of the action. Additionally, if the attack hits, you may transfer an effect of the attack (such as damage or status effects like stunning strike) to a second target within 30ft of the original. You only gain these effects if you are using martial arts or a monk weapon.
Reposeful Movement
At 6th level, you become unhindered by obstacles made to slow you down, natural or magical. Difficult terrain no longer imposes any movement penalties on you, and you take half damage from harmful terrain effects (such as thorns from plants or fiery terrain) Additionally, whenever you use more than half your movement speed to move during a turn, the first attack against you that turn has disadvantage.
Idyllic Reflection
By 11th level, you have learned how to size up your opponents attacks at a glance, and to use your ki to easily dodge and weave around them. Whenever you are hit by a melee attack, you can use your reaction and 2 ki points to reduce the damage by 1d10 + your Dexterity modifier + your monk level. If you reduce the damage of the attack to 0, you can move an additional number of feet equal to the amount of damage reduced (rounded down to the nearest 5, minimum 5ft), without taking opportunity attacks.
Free Moving Breeze
Your attunement to the spirits and nature reaches a synonymous state, making you and the wind nearly one being. Starting at 17th level, you gain a flying speed equal to your movement speed. You also gain a second reaction every turn, however, you can not use the same reaction twice in one turn.
