One suggestion I have is to log out of twitch, then log out of D&D Beyond, then try to log in with your old account again. Perhaps someone else is logged in to twitch on that computer and you ended up making a second account. As far as I can see, this current account has no unlocked content.
I had four windows of DDB open and was comparing spells and content when it said I needed to login.
I then tried to reloading but it kept going in a loop for twitch where it would never finish logging in.
I then got a prompt to change my nickname, so I changed it to something new.
I still had problems logging in so I cleared my browser cache.
That fixed the login issue, but now my nickname is different and none of my purchased content is showing up.
I really don't care what my nickname is, but not being able to see the content is a problem.
Please help!
