As Astromancer notes, you need to have purchased the relevant material on D&D Beyond (or have access to it through a campaign where the content is shared) before you can use it in the character builder.

When creating an elf Wizard I may not choose Blade Singer. I dont know if I do anything wrong...
Have you bought the bladesinger subclass on D&D Beyond?

Bladesinging is a Wizard subclass from SCAG.

Thanks. Our DM bought the legendary Bundle and shared it. Do I need anything else? Making a character with XGtE was no problem...
EDIT: to make it a little more to the point: the only subclass choice I see is evocation.
The character has to be part of the campaign to get access to content sharing.
