In character creation, it says you can turn on players material. Would Unearthed Arcana not be considered playtest material? I wanted to play with the Revised Ranger class and the Primeval Guardian subclass. Both are considered playtest material by the official Unearthed Arcana PDF.
When could we see these being added as options (as well as other playtest material from UA)?
When could I expect the next months of UA content to roll out? The specific one I want to use is from April. Could I possibly get a date for April, or at least the next patch for February?
What counts as “the last months”? I can not select the Revised Ranger as a class nor Primeval Guardian as a subclass with Playtest Material turned on. I can’t select Artificer as a class for that matter as well.
Revised Ranger, Artificer, Primeval Guardian, those were released as UA material before January 2018. Therefore, those are not available in DDB. This is because that material is either archived or in revision by WotC.
Oh, ok. I saw the date when I looked it up as April, but maybe that’s the last time it was updated? I doubt this is within your knowledge, but do you have an estimate of when that may be readily avaliable/released?
What about the ranger variant, can I playtest that right now? I think it was published in November last year. I can't seem to find that one either? Has the period for playtesting that ended?

They're still working on adding all the various features to DDB.

Yes, playtest material is UA, but only the material published from January 2018 are being added in the toolset.

UA released in the last months are already available.

Regardless, thanks so much for your help!
No, I have no idea when the next update will roll out.
Revised Ranger was published as an Unearthed Arcana article in September 2016.
