This spell is also missing from the Roll20.net compendium. Is there a particular reason that both of these sites are missing the same data? Is it because the System Reference Document v5.1 doesn't contain this spell? If so, why would someone want to use these rules when the rules offered in the PHB are so much more extensive, and frankly much better?
Guys, check the SRD before posting missing spells. HEX is not listed in the SRD and thus would not be included at this phase.

A thread where we can record spells missing from the spell list would be pretty helpful instead of like 100 different threads.
Ill start: The Spell list for Paladin does not list the Elemental weapon spell. This is a 3rd level spell

In just doing a short audit before leaving for work, I found that Hex is missing from the warlock spell list. For some builds that is key.

To expand on what Fshnurb said, bc it is a surprise to a lot, not all Players Handbook (or MM or DMG etc) is in the SRD.
If it is a classic, old-school spell, it will be in the SRD.
If it is a recent wotc unique creation, it probably is not in SRD and hence not a bug or missing since the Compendiums scope is to mirror the SRD.
