I'm trying to build a Variant Human Wizard, and it's telling me the only available Feat is "Grappler". Is this a known issue?
It sounds like you are using the freely available resources, and have not purchased content like the Players Handbook. The only material available for free is that which is found in the Basic Rules, the SRD, and the Elemental Evil Player's Companion. Only two feats are available in those resources: Grappler and Sniverblin Magic (available to gnomes only).
You have several choices, including (but not necessarily limited to) the following:
a) you can use the Homebrew Feat option to recreate any feat you would like for your own use
b) you can can purchase individual Feat you want from the Marketplace (1.99/feat)
c) you can buy a bundle of feats from any given source (for example, it's 3.99 to buy all the feats in Xanathar's)
d) you can purchase the entire "book" that has the feats you want
e) you can decide you don't want to do any of the above decide not to use DDB
Note that if you opt for either b or c, the amount you pay will be credited toward the purchase of the "book" in which the feats are found. (Similarly, buying one feat --option b--will reduce the cost of the feat bundle from the same resoucre if you decide to purchase it later.)
For the Knowledge Domain archetype. In the Blessing of Knowledge feature, the words Arcana, History, Nature, and Religion should link to their respective skills. In the Channel Divinity: Read Thoughts feature, the word suggestion should link to the suggestion spell.
For the Light Domain archetype. In the Bonus Cantrip feature, the word light should link to the light cantrip.
For the Nature Domain archetype. In the Acolyte of Nature feature, the words Animal Handling, Nature, and Survival should link to their respective skills.
For the War Domain archetype. In the War Priest feature, the word Attack should link to the Attack action.
For the Oath of the Ancients archetype. In the Channel Divinity ability Nature's Wrath, the word restrained should link to the restrained condition. In the Channel Divinity ability Turn the Faithless, the words Dash and Dodge should link to the Dash action and Dodge action respectively.
For the Oath of Vengeance archetype. In the Channel Divinity ability Abjure Enemy, the word frightened should link to the frightened condition. In the Channel Divinity ability Vow of Emnity, the word unconscious should link to the unconscious condition. In the Avenging Angle feature, the word frightened should link to the frightened condition.

For the School of Enchantment archetype. In the Hypnotic Gaze feature, the words incapacitated and charmed should link to their respective conditions. In the Instinctive Charm feature, the word charmed should link to the charmed condition. In the Alter Memories feature, the word charmed should link to the charmed condition.
Here are a few more linking issues I found in the base class sections.
Barbarian
In the Rage feature, the word unconscious in the second to last paragraph should link to the unconscious condition.
In the Danger Sense feature, the words blinded, deafened, and incapacitated in the second paragraph should link to the blinded, deafened, and incapacitated conditions respectively.
In the Feral Instinct feature, the word incapacitated in the second paragraph should link to the incapacitated condition.
Tried searching for Saving Throw. (Results) It did not turn up the page detailing saving throw rules. I found, manually, the page/section I was looking for.It is called... Saving Throws.
Just wanted to make you aware of the potential metadata / search shortfall.
Here are a few more linking issues I found in the base class sections.
...
Again, thank you. Those are fixed.
Fast work as always! Everything looks great except I'm still seeing scorching ray as unlinked in the Twinned Spell metamagic feature for Sorcerer. Also, it looks like the Wild Magic Surge Table for the Wild Magic sorcerer archetype is devoid of all links.

Trying to add some of the common magic items to my character. I want a Moon-Touched Rapier, but it only shows shortsword, longsword, greatsword, and scimitar. Unbreakable Arrow appears as a longbow rather than as ammunition, and Walloping Ammunition doesn't appear at all (although I think if it did, it would be listed as a blowgun, based on its magic item entry).
Outside of the character creator, I'm also noticing that items that come in multiple forms,, such as Moon-Touched Blade and Cast-Off Armor, appear to be listed twice for each type. So, for example, there's one listing for Cast-Off Armor, Chain Mail and another listing for Chain Mail Cast-Off Armor. (I'm pretty sure this is not intentional, as there are different tags for each entry.)

Both the Rapier and the walloping ammunition should now appear in the builder. The staff is working to provide an "ammunition" base item, we will correct arrows and ammunition base type soon.
About the duplicates, also those will be corrected soon.
I took a stab at the feats from the various sources and found a few missing links. I also realized that I hadn't been checking for consistency between the source books and the class pages in the earlier posts. So it's possible there are still some inconsistencies lingering there. In any case, here is what I found.
Player's Handbook
In the PHB version of the Athlete feat, the word prone in the second bullet point should link to the prone condition.
In the Charger feat, the word Dash in the first sentence should link to the Dash action.
In the PHB version of the Grappler feat, the word restrained in the second bullet point should link to the restrained condition. Also in the Grappler feat, the link grappling in the first bullet point gives me a 403 Forbidden error. Should this be grappling? The PHB version of the feat doesn't include this link.
In the Martial Adept feat, there are two period at the end of the second bullet point.
In the PHB version of the Mounted Combat feat, the word incapacitated should link to the incapacitated condition.
In the Polearm Master feat, the word Attack in the first bullet point should link to the Attack action. This link is also missing in the PHB version of the Polearm Master feat.
Also, I'm not sure if this is worth changing, but given that the finesse weapon property is linked in a few feats, in the Dual Wielder feat the word light could link to the light weapon property. This would also need to be updated in the PHB version of the Dual Wielder feat.
Xanathar's Guide to Everything
In the Dragon Fear feat, the second instance of the word frightened in the second bullet point should link to the frightened condition.
In the Dwarven Fortitude feat, the word Dodge in the second bullet point should link to the Dodge action.
In the Fade Away feat, the word invisible in the second bullet point should link to the invisible condition.
In the Infernal Constitution feat, the word poisoned in the third bullet point should link to the poisoned condition.
In the Squat Nimbleness feat, the words Acrobatics and Athletics in the third bullet point should link to the Acrobatics and Athletics skills respectively. Also the word grappled in the fourth bullet point should link to the grappled condition.

The Divine Soul Sorcerer isn't letting me substitute out the bonus Divine Magic spell with a different spell from the Cleric list.
Thanks.
This is working for me. I can choose from any spell from the cleric list.
I am specifically talking about the spell you get for free at Lvl 1. For example, on Juliette, the Divine Soul Sorcerer on my account, Bless is part of my spells known due to picking the Lawful alignment in Divine Magic, but when I go to the Add Spells dropdown, I cannot find Bless on the list of 1st Level spells. Am I missing something?
Thanks.
From the Editor, on the Class page, you can choose the alignment spell from the drop-menu of the Divine Magic box.
Then once selected, that spell will be always known and prepared.
Right, but the last sentence of the description states that "If you replace this spell, you must replace it with a spell from the cleric spell list."
Maybe I am misunderstanding the RAW, but to me that says that I can replace that spell on level up with any other spell on the cleric spell list, not necessarily just from the 6 on the list.
In the Dwarven Resilience feature, the word Combat should link to the Combat section of the basic rules.
In the Stonecunning feature, the word History should link to the History skill.
In the Duergar text bubble, the word invisible in the last sentence should link to the invisible condition.
In the Gray Dwarf (Duergar) subrace section, the formatting of the subrace features does not match those of the other subraces, i.e., the feature names should appear on separate lines as headers.
Elf
In the Keen Senses feature, the word Perception should link to the Perception skill.
In the Fey Ancestry feature, the word charmed should link to the charmed condition.
In the Fey Step feature for the Eladrin subrace, the words misty step should link to the misty step spell.
Halfling
In the Brave feature, the word frightened should link to the frightened condition.
In the Ghostwise Halfling subrace section, the formatting of the subrace features does not match those of the other subraces, i.e., the feature names should appear on separate lines as headers.
Human
In the Calishite section, the words Calishite Names: at the start of the second paragraph should be bolded.
In the Chondathan section, the words Chondathan Names: at the start of the second paragraph should be bolded.
In the Damaran section, the words Damaran Names: at the start of the second paragraph should be bolded.
In the Illuskan section, the words Illuskan Names: at the start of the second paragraph should be bolded.
In the Mulan section, the words Mulan Names: at the start of the second paragraph should be bolded.
In the Rashemi section, the words Rashemi Names: at the start of the second paragraph should be bolded.
In the Shou section, the words Shou Names: at the start of the second paragraph should be bolded.
In the Turami section, the words Turami Names: at the start of the second paragraph should be bolded.
Gnome
The order of the subraces in the Subrace section is strange. Normally subraces are presented in the order they appear in the PHB followed by those from other source books. For gnomes that would be Forest Gnome, Rock Gnome, and then Deep Gnome.
Half-Elf
In the Fey Ancestry feature, the word charmed should link to the charmed condition.
Half-Orc
In the PHB version of the Menacing feature, the word Intimidation should link to the Intimidation skill.
Tiefling
In the Variant Tiefling section, the formatting of the subrace features does not match those of the other subraces, i.e., the feature names should appear on separate lines as headers.
Thank you very much! Happy Thanksgiving!
