There seems to be some sort of bug in the warlock which isn't levelling certain spells up to 5th level slots. This results in them not showing the proper level in both the character builder and the character sheet. They appear as 4th-level spell slots instead.
In addition, several spells are missing the changes from levelling at all.
Armor of Agathys is showing as "Regain Temp Hit Points" when it's actually simply gaining them. It's also not showing any result of casting as a higher level spell slot at all (should be 5 THP & 5 damage per spell slot higher).
Cause Fear is not showing additional targets as a result of casting as a higher level spell slot at all.
Hex is not showing any additional duration as a result of casting as a higher level spell slot at all.
Invisibility is not showing any additional targets as a result of casting as a higher level spell slot at all.
Shadow Blade is not showing any additional damage as a result of casting as a higher level spell slot at all.
Magic Circle is not showing additional duration as a result of casting as a higher level spell slot at all.
Elemental Bane is not showing any additional targets as a result of casting as a higher level spell slot at all.
I corrected most of those reports. There are still some problems with Armor of Agathys and Magic Circle: for some reason, the note on the top of the spell box does not show up properly.

I have created a copy of Armor of Agathys and in playing with the options I noticed two things:
The damage and THP values do not display in the spell unless there is a die roll involved. Setting either modifier to a fixed value of 5 will not display in the character sheet but adding a die roll of 1d4 will display 1d4+5. (Note: entering 0d4 is a valid option)
Even if point 1 is fixed, the values will not scale because the "Modifier to Scale" boxes in the "At Higher Levels" options are not linked to their respective modifiers. Without these set the system knows it has to scale something by 5 points per spell level but not what.
This is how the spell looks for a 5th level Warlock if you do what I've done and homebrew a "fixed" version.
Nobody should be expected to use the homebrew options to fix a bug that the devs have not corrected, but sometimes it is the only option.
That said, the devs have a lot of bugs to fix and they have to prioritise fixing them along with the site development. As a mod, filcat is able to correct some issues such as the duration scaling in Hex but others, like the reason for "static" values not displaying without a die roll in Armor of Agathys has to be passed to a developer to fix. There are probably enough outstanding bugs that it would take the dev team a few months to fix them all and that would mean dedicating the entire team to it and no resources dedicated to developing the site, meaning that we probably wouldn't be able to homebrew races and homebrew subclasses and the character sheet revamp would be even further away.
That's quite understandable. I must apologize as my response may have been a bit reactive and emotional. I LOVE THIS SITE! I only want to see it get better! Thanks for the quick (on a Sunday?!) and honest reply! Is there a place I can look to find upcoming features/bug fixes in progress for DnD Beyond?
Fixes are usually notified in the thread that raised the issue and then also included in the change log (see the icon between the Twitch logo and bell at the top of the page) when they have been addressed. There is nowhere accessible to use mere mortals to indicate what bugs are currently being focused upon.
For updates on upcoming features Adam does a developer stream on Twitch third Friday of every month. These can be found using either the Twitch or YouTube links at the top of the page, the latest video is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AZ6nQgRVVgw&t=1403s
I am a 6th level Warlock but my inflict wounds spell has not leveled up beyond 1st level like the rest of my offensive spells. At 6th level and it should be in the 3rd level spell. Anyone have any advice?

Inflict Wounds isn't a Warlock spell so I assume you're getting it from something else like Shadow-Touched Feat or something, in which case, it wouldn't show like that on your sheet. It will only show the 1-per-day free cast you get. While it says you can cast using slots too, this isn't reflected in the sheet because the only thing in the system that can add spells by slots is Race and Class.

Just saw this today... any chance this could get fixed? I would've cast this during my session had I known it dealt 15 damage instead of 5! :(
Or should we be expected to Homebrew this spell?
