Miss out on November's Developer Stream? Watch below!
How likely is it that we will see more content from Critical Role and would it be crazy to see similar partnerships with other twitch streams and podcasts?
1) Will the ability to trade characters between players be available sometime in the future?
2) Currently, players cannot really see much about other characters that are owned by other players in the same campaign. Are there plans to allow the DM to reveal certain aspects about a player's character (like back story, alliances, traits, etc) as other players in the campaign learn more about the character?
3) Will the ability to categorize magic arrows and spears as ammunition in the Home Brew Builder be added in the future? Currently categorizing items as Ammunition for weapons like bows is currently not possible.
When can we expect some love for AL players? A character log, AL players guide and AL DMs guide would be wonderful additions to DND Beyond!
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Roll the dice and play the game, I’m not here to listen to your politics.
“But this isn’t right. You’re meant to charge in, sword drawn, banner flying-that’s what all the other knights did!” “Yeah, right before they burst into flame.”
Is there anything we can do as a community to change your mind about creating a VTT for Beyond? A decent mobile VTT especially for phones or pads has yet to be introduced. Pair that with a good communications app that can reference materials on demand, offer interactive electronic character sheets, storage and a way to schedule and sign up for online games would allow players to play 5E anywhere at anytime with anyone.

You announced that all pre-2018 UA content is archived, but some popular archived content will eventually become public homebrew. I would like to put all my votes towards Eberron content getting added to DDB. Also, if WotC is listening, please make Eberron official ASAP.
I’ve read somewhere in the forums that an encounter builder is at least possibly in the cards in the longer term. I’m wondering what form this might take? Improved Initiative is a decent browser based model, and Fantasy Grounds has a powerful but somewhat convoluted kit. Done properly through the DDB platform with full integration would be flat out amazing. Pre-build encounters and roll initiative with a click, apply damage and healing, tag with (hyperlinked!) conditions set to expire at certain times, prompt for concentration checks, keep track of limited powers the monsters have used...
And I’m sure way more than that could be done. Anyway, to reiterate, anything like this in the works?
One of the main topics I brought up was to somehow show all of the available options in the dropdown menus even if they haven't been purchased yet. Maybe they can be grayed out or color coded somehow indicating they have to be purchased? Right now, they just don't show up at all which can be challenging for a new user because they won't know how many options even exist unless they go digging for them through multiple sources.
I'm guessing many people will just assume they did something wrong, or whatever they are looking for just isn't available and they may not connect that they have to purchase it to unlock it.
My question is: are we going to see the warlock invocations like Thirsting Blade added into the character builder soon? And class features like Hex Warrior ??
Have you personally used any of the Chrome extensions for D&D Beyond that users have been developing, and if so, have those informed or inspired any features coming to DDB in the future?
Happy New Year Everyone!

What features and challenges will the Character Sheet update address? What does the roadmap for these features look like?
Now that we have the first homebrew class on DDB (Blood Hunter) - can we get the Revised Ranger in its current form also added?

Do we have any update on familiars/wild shape?
Any progress on being able to "sort" your characters, or is this with part of the "Character revamp" that is coming?
How do you get a one-armed goblin out of a tree?

Will the updated character sheet/character generation process include the ability to add custom languages to a character?
Can we have source emblems for official content like we do for UA and CR content as requested by ArwensDaughter in this thread?
Any news to share with regard to partnerships with roll20? Maybe an export to roll20 feature?

Hey BadEye are you ok? Was just one long rest enough to restore all hp after last week CON save fail?
And I cast Heroism on the community.
A few of us had some suggestions and challenges we faced with the character creator as new users. There was a quick discussion here:

Why no option for adding homebrew races? Are there any plans to add that function?

Tooltips (Help/aid)
1. How are you?
2. When will we see Twitch integration like we saw in the demo highlight reel back at Stream of Annihilation?
3. Will Factions be added to character sheet, allowing for tracking Faction level and benefits?
You don't OWN your books on DDB: WotC can change them any time. What do you think will happen when OneD&D comes out?
