Maybe i just misunderstood what D&D Beyond is, at first i was sure that once released there would have been the campaign management (and I mean a true one; maps, tokens, rolls...like roll20) but right now i don't see any of this. I don't know if you are planning to do it, if you are already working on it or if you just don't want it here but, If I can say it, you should really do it. Right now D&D Beyond is awesome, it really is...but for for the masters, a normal player can't do really much with it. I'd like to see your roadmap or at least to have some "news" about the campaign management "WHEN, IF , WHERE".
Sorry if you already answered the question, i haven't got time to read the forum.

yes, right now DDB is not a Virtual TableTop. Surely there are some plans for the future (see links below), but the short-term main goal of DDB is to improve digital content and character sheets.
Filcat, I appreciate that you take the time to help people out, even if they don't take the time to read. It frustrates me that some people think their time is more important than your time.
... ability to link in stuff like monsters, NPCs, magic items and the like from the rest of the site.
I believe that can already be done using the tags ( [monster ]NameOfMonster[ /monster] ; [magicitem ]NameOfItem[ /magicitem] ; [skill ]SkillName[ /skill]etc) which add the requested monster/item/magic item/skill/condition etc as tool-tipped coloured text, if I get your meaning right. Granted, I had to dig a bit in the forum to find a list of them, but they work like a charm.
Maybe a clear "Help" page with this info might also be useful to have, at least so that everyone is on the same page in regards to the actual capabilities of the tools at any moment.

The staff queried the community on features they'd like to see added to Campaign Management.
I would advise adding any additional feedback to the Focused Feedback - Campaign Management thread, rather than creating new topics to discuss.
