"Kella," she then begins again turning to the girl her companion in the snake making so much sense to her now, "I still hope to find your brother as well as the town's people but if you travel with these men here," she gestures at the Zhen, "I'm afraid we're at an impasse," she explains next her expression honestly somber.
Kella laughs as you begin to taking about her brother. "Look, I appreciate your help in getting rid of the goblins, but we can take it from here, darling," she says smoothly.

"I'll repeat this is Lord's Alliance business," she adds looking to her party members now before looking back at Xolkin. Intimidation 7 "As for you," she'll reply to Kella, "I will never regret giving an injured, frightened woman aid but Tymora has a way of making fools of us all in the end," she says next with a toothy grin that's more menacing than pleasant.

I'll give you that one. I shouldn't be rolling for the players. It was, to my mind, a minor overreach in order to get the action going more quickly.
That being said, if you feel the need to complain about a ruling in the future, please do so out of the game (by PMing me). I'd ask that the rest of the comments in the above quoted post be ignored and struck from this thread, but am very happy to discuss the concerns via PM.

Beedo obeys Rip's order, targeting the same rider that Jorji had just a moment ago, firing from the nearest window. Attack: 13 Damage: 3 and then Hide as a bonus action, being a goblin: 19
Flint engages with Xolkin and swings his massive hammer at the brigand, but Xolkin dodges out of the way.
Rip, you can target Kella and Xolkin with the spell effect from where you are, but you'll also hit your allies close with them. I'll need you to move out of the Inn and into the square if you want to target the riders. You can potentially hit two of them with the effect, and whoever you choose as targets, and I'll have everyone target by the spell make a saving throw.
The nearest rider, by the wagon on the east of the town square, is hit in the chest with Beedo's arrow. His horse rears, and the rider falls onto the ground, dead. Seviari's shot missed Xolkin by inches, but when the leader looks up to see the elf, he's nowhere to be seen.
