Shariel probes out rapidly, trying to formulate a plan and call to her allies. Edges seemed to multiple this monstrosity, but Kevash seees to have the right idea....
Telepathy only targets 1 at a time, so everyone gets their own message!
Kiellie: Grab an oil flask out of my bag anf throw it at an ooze! Doesn't matter which, the water will spread it.
Kevash: Keep the fire going! Wait for Kiellie and me to throw some oil out there.
Boresh and Tell: Going to light these bastards up! Don't stand too close and be ready to fall back.

Grishkar Darkmoor, Necromancer of Nerull the Despiser Kelvin Rabbitfoot, Diviner, con artist, always hunting for a good sale Bründir Halfshield, Valor Bard, three-time Sheercleft Drinking Competition Champion, Hometown hero
Tell nods eagerly, still grinning, and tries to remember where in her bag she stashed her own oil flasks, just in case. Fire sounds like fun, after all...
Pudding fails wisdom saving throw and is disadvantaged by Boresh's mockery. Kevash's flame is enough to kill the scorched blob. The life goes out of it and turns into a puddle of goo that dissipates into the muddy water. Remaining pudding is dealt a serious blow by Shariel's attacks, but the resilient slime is still alive. However Kiellie and Tell's attacks are enough to explode the blob into lifeless bits of jelly.
Good job everyone :D That could have gone worse. Black puddings have some nasty properties if you don't know what you're doing, and they didn't roll very well so didn't land any hits. Each player receives 222 xp for the encounter.
After the characters catch their breath, there is still the main task at hand. Which of the three corridors will they go down first? The leftmost, middle or right?

"Our truest life is when we are in dreams awake." -Henry David Thoreau
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kiellie looks down the paths to determine if she can see if there is any advantage over one or the other. "I do hope there will be more to gain from this venture than puddles of goo and wet cloaks" she complains as she didn't notice anything of value drop from their foes. Pulling her white hair back and tying a piece of cord to make a pony tail out of her wet locks.
Shariel takes a glsnce down each, "I can scout them out in safety for us all, but it will take time and my resources are limited. If I use too much now, we may be in trouble later."
Hearing Shariel speak of managing their resources, Kevash gave a sagely nod "Perhaps I can be of use. I may cast myself into the form of a spider. I would be difficult to detect and also I would have many eyes." Again Kevash just nodded wisely at his own advice.
"I would prefer no spiders that will only lead to Lady Loth finding us" Kiellie said as she looked to Kevash. "I can see in the dark rather easily so perhaps we peer down a path or just chose one till we find the way we need to go." Kiellie not realizing she had begun to rub the spider carving on her Drow Crossbow.
"I dunno," Tell said, scraping the maul's head against the passage walls to wipe away some of the sludge. "Seems to me like we've already got an idea about what's down this eastern passage, yeah? If you guys see something more interesting in another direction then I'm all for it, but I'd figure we've already got some edge in preparing for whatever's waiting to the east. If there's nothing promising dead ahead or to the west, my vote's for just continuing on thisaway."
If a character decides to peak down the eastern corridor they will see:
That the eastern hall slants diagonally and leads to another corridor. There is another passage to the north (its the north-east square in the pic) and another hall across from it that leads to an apparent dead end.

(Hey I think it got lost in the shuffle, but I need a DM ruling. With my Dex, Elven Chain is literally just shiny studded leather. Any way I can swap to Glamoured Studded Leather Armor? Only a +1 bounus and minor action changes it to any armor or clothing, but retains stats and bulk)

Kevash would arch an eyebrow, if he had eyebrows, at hearing Kiellie speak so nervously about Loth. "I would not expect a Dark Elf to reject the symbol of their goddess...regardless" He gave a hissing sigh, "I will honor your request. " Kevash stepped to the mouth of the eastern corridor and gestured down it with his lit staff. "I will align with Tellan. Perhaps it does not matter what direction we go. Three paths. Three items we must retrieve. "
Kiellie ponders a moment before she speaks "I suppose you know much of the Spider Queen and you would adhere to her every wishes?" with that remark she turns and heads towards the east tunnel. "This way looks the best."
The Dragonborn stands at the mouth of the passageway just as Kiellie slinks past. He closes his eyes and mutters an ancient chant in Primordial. A sharp clack echoes out as he taps his staff on the wall.
"I seek out hidden dangers, oh spirits. Reveal them to me..."
Excellent! Behold the Thong-kini of Worldy Protection!

No traps are detected as the party continues on their path. The only obvious routes are northward through another hall stopping at a door, or take the corner to the investigate the dead end.

Kevash walks next to Kiellie "I do not know a lot of Loth. Simply that she is Mistress of the Dark Elf kind" They trudge further through the water and mud.
"A door is most obvious, yes. Let us try it." He steps aside for the others to see. "Who of us will brave a door?"
Kiellie looks down the hall towards the dead end "There are usually chest that need to be opened in areas like this. I vote to see if there is anything of value in there." she smiles softly with her eyes sparkling.
