I personally would love to see a good take on the classic artificer. The current UA artificer is [content removed due to excessive swearing and offensive language]. Neither of them capture the feel of Eberron or even just the artificer itself. Oh, and I would like a - more blasty blasty spells, b - more spells in general, c - variant rules for bloodied enemies, crafting, economy, et cetera, d - MONSTERSSS, and e - more villainous options, like a druid which kills people for fertilizer, or a fighter commited to utilizing the pain of others into a weapon, or monks of the mockery, clerics of evil and chaos domains, and more blah blah blah.

Some of this is in the DMG, and other parts are already possible, it's just up to the DM how they're implemented. The druid thing, for example, is essentially a druid as it is right now. You would just need someone/the DM to roleplay that.
I want to see a retake on the Way of the Four Elements monk, to make it slightly more viable (and fun).
Similarly, I'd like to see more...hrm how to say...advanced, magic options? Things like blood magic, rune magic, and specialized options aside from just being good with a certain element. I guess you could say this amounts to a want for prestige classes, but even just an outline of how runes from the UA Rune Mage worked would sate my appetite. I like to have hidden magics in my campaign, and it's hard to do that when casters have access to the full list of available spells (and I'm not going to cut a player's spell list short just for story purposes - I think that'd be bad DMing)
EDIT: I also love the idea of passive auras, so any new class or subclass that can have a passive aura would be lovely
I'd also love to see more higher level stuff like paragon paths or prestige classes or something of that kind, things get a bit samey when you reach a certain point in level.
I would love to see them take on alternative magic user builds: more detailed necromancer, a true illusionist with charismatic focus, a nightblade from elder scrolls!
I want to gather all of the best information on Dungeons & Dragons in one place and make it easy to use. I want to make DM’s games go quicker and players to have the answers they need about their characters.
I would Like to see more sub races and more equipment and magical items.
Personally, I'd like a re-visit of the Exotic Weaponry from 3.5 like Composite bows and the Greatbow. I've actually already started homebrewing some of them myself.
I would also like to see more Wizard content. I quite like the Loremaster Tradition and would like to see more Archetypes like it.
More wizards? They already have about as many subclasses as clerics and more that any other class even without Theurgy.
I would like them to tweak the archetypes we already have, several of them are very bland and uninteresting e.g. Evocation and Necromancy. Heck, tweak sorcerer too while they are at it.

I've got a Composite Bow. Double cost and you can use Str or Dex for attack and damage rolls with it. What've you got?

I've got minimum Str of 12 to use and you add your Str mod to damage as well as Dex. Might bump up the range 10 feet as well, still trying to decide how best to do it. I haven't even started working on cost yet, double seems probably about right.

Just an average metalhead who plays DnD in his spare time.
PbP Character: Roberta Thalan, Void Beyond the Stars Otherside
PbP Character: Primus Eidolon, Eotha 2
PbP Character: Usmor Illiqai, Tomb of Corrosion
PbP Character: "Templar" Danver, You're the Villains
Homebrew stuff
I'd love to see a variant Feat rules, where you get Ability Score Increase and Feats, maybe a feat list with smaller Feats ala 3.5 or 4e.
And more Feats in general and Character Options. I'd also love to see more Backgrounds

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?

Can we go on a tour of the realms and the odd monsters found within. High CR monsters , traps and items that may be encountered.
Elementals; more elementals; even more elementals; oozes; plants; and ultra-high CR enemies, such as demigods, lesser deities, and Demon Lords.

for instance:
Pick a type of creature Wisps, Oozes, Plant
Pick an elemental type and apply its changes to the base.
(like good old templated)

bump the range 20 feet - composite bows are better irl and should be able to shoot further (and harder), 1d10 seems suitable.
