Once two separate entities, an event unfolded which entwined your soul's together, forever binding your destiny. You may have been siblings, enemies or strangers, now you are together for better or worse. The other soul has no control over your body, but you can communicate by speaking to them, only you can hear their reply and you often confuse those around you when speaking to your other half.
- Skill Proficiencies: Choose two skill proficiencies. A skill of which the other soul had learned before you were entwined, and another that you had learned.
- Tool Proficiencies: Choose a tool proficiency that benefits both of you.
- Languages: Choose one language which the other soul had learned before you were entwined. The soul can translate for you back into common.
- Equipment: You have a gaming set of your choice, a cracked gold plated mirror, a quiet mask and a coin purse embroidered with the name of the other soul - containing 20gp.

When your soul was entwined with another, it altered your appearance. You gain a physical characteristic of that of your counterpart. For example; one of your eye colours have changed, you grew a tail, your hair colour has changed etc.
You can also see the other soul next to you when you look at your reflection. You can't interact with them physically, but you can see them.
