Anathema Image

Regardless of what you did beforehand, now this is your fate, to eternally be branded as anathema, some would say this is a fate worse than death. Cast out by those who once protected you, be this an entire nation or simply a powerful group of individuals, they have now decreed you anathema and all those who would welcome you may forever keep their doors shut to you. You have kept an item, a memento, from the life you had before so that you may remember the life you had before. You find solace in the dark and solitude, although you don't refrain from a conversation from others, it is merely others are put off with your presence. To those who took the time to meet you and talked with you, they simply know you as "The Lone Wayfarer".  Those branded anathema are forever cursed, though some would say blessed, as the brand is often used to mark those who would be sacrifices, attracting otherworldly beings and undead.
