The monks attending to Candlekeep are meticulous with the records they keep and archive and as a scribe, your job within the large library might have been cataloging tomes of knowledge or journals of adventure and exploration. Perhaps reading one of these tales of adventure led you to take on the life of an adventurer, or perhaps you were tasked by the monks to research some lost arcane knowledge.
