Blacksmiths come from all walks of life, and you are no exception. No matter how your life began, you've found solace and a strange kind of peace while working your forge. Masterworks, quality weapons, even never-before-seen devices, these things all come from you and your strange, brilliant mind.

Skill Proficiencies: You have proficiency with two skills of your choice.
Tool Proficiencies: You're proficient with a Smith's tool set and a Tinkers' Tool Set!

Speciality

During your time at a forge, you found that one particular kind of equipment was easiest to make. As a result, whenever you craft that item type, the item you make will have the "+1" property. I.e., the item will grant its wielder:

-a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls (if the item is a weapon)
-a +1 bonus to AC and HP (if the item is a piece of armor)
-a +1 bonus to a stat. check of your choice (if the item is a wondrous item).

d3 Speciality
1 Weapons
2 Armor
3 Wondrous Items

Feature: Forgemaster

After having spent so much time in a forge, you know how to take raw metals and turn them into quality items. Work with your DM to determine exactly how this process would go--if you simply use standard forging techniques to make your weapons/armor/items, or if you use something similar to a fabrication spell, etc.

You also carry quite the reputation, and your work as a renowned smith for certain places means that some people may be more eager to offer gold or information in exchange for a sample of your items. Additionally, you are able to contact certain sources for things that your DM determines would fall under a smith's purview.
