Holy Terror

You are the spawn of a tryst between a mortal (any non-half blooded playable race) and a being from another plane - either a celestial, a Genie, a fiend or a fey entity - and your appearance is clearly derived from your non-mortal parent. Horrified by your obviously inhuman heritage, your parent's family and community cast you both out. You've learned to survive by capitalizing on others fear of you. In penance for his or her choices, your parent has raised you as a religious zealot of a good aligned deity. You battle between striving to be good as you were instructed and embracing your terrifying aspect as you have learned by interactions with the locals that live near to you. Living in seclusion, you've learned an instrument and a language taught to you by your parent.

Skill Proficiencies: You are proficient in Intimidation and either Religion or Survival.

Tool Proficiencies: An instrument of your choosing.

Languages: You know either Abyssal, Celestial, Infernal, Sylvan or Primordial.

Equipment: A holy symbol. A musical instrument. A set of Common Clothes. A trinket given to you by your parent (choose from the trinkets in the PHB). A winter's blanket. A pouch with 5 gold.
