Long ago, for mysterious reasons, you left the wild and put your hunting and stalking prowess to use for money. It's a lonely, yet rewarding profession and your reputation and employment opportunities grow with each heralded kill. People with big problems pay big money for your services. Although you do not look down on the poorer folk, most cannot afford your talents and, with rare exception, you are loathe to lend them without ample reward. You are always paid in full in advance and have left no reason for anyone to question this practice. You always "get your man".
You are, quite simply, a mercenary... a very talented, skilled, and successful mercenary. Once paid and on the scent, you are relentless, determined, and your targets worst nightmare.
