Try to describe who different or the same the island you are from is. Is the island you're from an advanced island with amenities that far surpass that of the mainland? Is your island less advanced, requiring you to live off of simple tools?
You should also decide on your island's climate, and possible other religion. Does your island worship a feared god? Does your island have a cult system? What is your island"s climate? Is it tropical, average or northern? All of these features should help build a unique character.
You are very aware of various skills you may have had to use on your island. With these skills, you can identify vegetation, animals and trees with ease. However, you cannot identify properties possessed by vegetation, animals or trees naturally.
