As a Kobold you revere Dragons and as such large dens of Kobolds like yours often keep a Dragon Wyrmling in captivity has a sign of being the heirs to The Dragons. Unfortunately this job is hazardous and your life span is not as long as it could be you are usually covered from head to toe in burn and claw and teeth scars if you live long enough to be good at your job. Your duties entail the Feeding and General care of the Dragon as well as the upkeep of its living area. You are tasked with offerings to be made to the dragon and often are used as a type of executioner for the den so to speak. You truly grow to love your dragon as a part of yourself if you survive long enough. And there has been tales of dragon keeper Kobolds who form unbreakable bonds with their wards depending on how young the dragon was upon being acquired or if it was hatched by the keeper itself.
