You are a skilled and trained member of a judicial system, presenting cases in front of a judge and possibly a jury. With a mixture of evidence, testimony, and argumentation, you learned to fight with words instead of weapons, to further the goals of your client.

More complex forms of legal systems are rarer among the common folk, but the nobility often take to the courts to settle disputes that could otherwise devolve into subterfuge and long-standing feuds. Some kingdoms have also begun implementing more common courts in an attempt to bring "justice" to the land. While the aid of a Zone of Truth spell can prevent outright lying, the truth can still hide in obfuscation and indirect answers. You spent years studying logic and reasoning, as well as the law of the land and possibly neighboring or historical lands as well.
