Raised by the liquor due to a terrible loss or failure in the past, every village, town, and city has that member who is so consistently inebriated that this becomes their most well known feature. A town drunk is more often than not in some sort of debt or trouble with a underbelly of society, generally they are clumped in with the homeless or otherwise needy, and simply ignored as social outcasts. Most drunks do not start that way and are one of the most varied archetypes there are, from the highest official to the lowest worker or the most pious of priest to the darkest criminal, anyone can become a drunk with nothing but a bottle and a means for more.

Skill Proficiencies: By being socially invisible, I hear and see things that people don't usually want me to hear or see. My living conditions have never been great, I learned how to survive early on.
