As a doctor you took an oath to help and save people, but you have your own plans. Your patients die mysteriously, and sometimes even go missing completely. To live under the scope of the law so long has taken some truly clever misdirection. You may seem kind on the surface, but you are nothing short of diabolical. Your practice rests in the slums of a large city out of the way of prying eyes but with no shortage in subjects upon which to subjects your vile whims. And who is to miss a few beggars and peasants once in a while?

You know a great deal about venoms and poisons, and are capable of recognizing their sources as well as where and how to acquire them. For each individual type you are familiar with, you have advantage on rolls to create an antidote. It will be at your DM's discretion the substances if any with which you have prior familiarity. Your obsession with that which causes harm has caused you to fall out of practice in the creation of potions with positive effects, and with the exception of antidotes, you must roll with disadvantage when attempting to create a helpful potion.
You have resistance poison and to becoming poisoned or diseased.
Suggested Characteristics
Death is a passion of yours to heinous extent, but you must maintain your status as a doctor to run out of test subjects. You'll want to choose characteristics in line with these values without showing your hand entirely. Discretion is advised.
