Suggested Characteristics
Camp Counselors are generally good spirited, almost suspiciously so. They come prepared for the challenge ahead, and are not deterred by the absent potential to become rich doing their job. Most are good problem solvers, innovators, and have a small ability to create a cult of personality. Their flaws may include brazen overconfidence, a tendency to gossip, or bad tools for self care.
