You’re far closer than most people to the world of technological advancements, computer science, and hacking that pervades the underbelly of civilization, and you have survived up to this point by rebelling against the rules and regulations of society.

You have a reliable and trustworthy contact(s) who acts as your liaison to a network of other cyber criminals. You know how to get messages to and from your contact, even over great distances; specifically, you know the local messengers, corrupt businessmen, and nerd fanboys who can deliver messages for you.

From level 1-6, you have advantage on bypassing level one security measures (i.e. personal computers, payphones, etc)
