You were once a monk, chained to your temple but in meditation, one day, you found a divine voice. From that day onwards, a pact was made, connecting the two of you forever. You snuck out of the temple at night in search of this voice. You're still searching, following the etchings in trees, walls and sometimes even in the clouds. Even though you are now an outcast to your previous master, you still have some of the martial abilities that you had at the monastery.
- Skill Proficiencies: Darkvision - up to 120 feet.
Gain the X-Monk feat
- Tool Proficiencies: All monk weapons
- Languages: One of your friends in the monastery was an elf and she taught you elvish.
The X-Monk feat -
You have the hand to hand combat skills of a lvl 5 monk ( 1d6+dex ) minus the ki usage. When you get to level 4, 8, 12, or 16, you can chose to upgrade this feat instead of an ability upgrade.
When you choose to upgrade this feat, more of your monk abilities come back to you; you can now use "flurry of blows" ( on an enemy once per battle. You can choose to upgrade this feat a second time at level, 8, 12, or 16. Which will increase the hand to hand combat damage to 1d8+dex.
You can also meditate exactly like an elf ( slip into a semiconscious trance; 4 hours of this is equal to 8 hours of sleep ) so you can rest and speak to your patron.
