You had loving parents until their untimely death. Privileged as you were, you were spared life on the streets or in the orphanages, but life was a lonely, painful, and solitary affair nonetheless. The pain of your parents' loss has put a black mark across your entire life, and you have devoted the remainder of that life to obtaining vengeance for their death and upholding justice in their name. Discuss the nature of your parents' death, the way they died, the actions the player's character took during those moments, the perpetrator of the crime (do they know who did this?), and other important aspect of the crime. Also discuss the reason the parents were wealthy. Were they doctors? Nobles? Inventors? Criminals themselves? As an orphan of wealth, the character may have also had a non-parent caretaker. Was this person a relative, butler, priest, or maybe a warforged servant? Did the character spend a lot of time with this caretaker? How is the relationship? Are they still alive when the campaign begins? Lastly, consider the impact of this character's near-limitless wealth. Do they still have this? A murder of such high-profile people would surely be a burden. Have they donated the entirety of their estate to charity in an effort to save their city since just punching bad guys isn't necessarily the most impactful thing a person could do while operating in a system that inherently oppresses those without the monetary means to succeed? This is up to your DM's discretion, but from one DM to another, it makes the campaign much more fun if the players aren't just innumerably wealthy
- Skill Proficiencies: Survival, Investigation
- Tool Proficiencies: Thieve's Tools, Disguise Kit

Due to your obsessive fight against crime in your city of origin, you have a robust gallery of foes you've battled in the past. Choose up to six, but no fewer than three enemies and give them brief overviews as it pertains to their names, appearances and criminal natures. The DM will determine their stats and abilities, but you have all their information, including but not limited to their full stat blocks, though not their secret identities/origins, if applicable. None of these foes know your secret identity, but would likely reveal it if they could.
Suggested Characteristics
Wealthy Orphans are unique in that they often don't identify with other orphans, but have compassion for them nonetheless. They also try to take on the immense burdens of their deceased parents, sometimes with little to no concern for their own well-being. The following characteristics are only suggestions, and you can use any number of them, or something of your own creation; it's your story!

6 | Everyone I get close to is eventually hurt by me or killed by my enemies. |
