You are now not only of one world, and those tied to the Planes can feel it. You may have managed to return to your Plane of origin, or you may be stuck on a new Plane. Have you been on this Plane for a long time, or are you a recent arrival? Do you know the means by which you traveled the Planes, or are you still searching for them? Maybe you're a grizzled veteran of Planar travel, or maybe this is your first time doing so.

You are a being of many Planes, and they have all left a mark on you. As beings especially in tune with the Planes themselves, Elementals can feel these marks and see you at least partially as one of them. Intelligent elementals are neutral towards you, and will oftentimes attempt to open a dialogue before simply attacking you. This benefit, however, is not necessarily shared by those around you. You can also cast Plane Shift one time per long rest, but at the cost of 1d8 damage, doubling to 2d8 if done during combat.
