You come from a well respected yet selfish family in one line or another. You do not fit in that mold you care for the people, animals, and world around you. You were born to do something greater. Your great great grandfather taught you to see things differently, to listen to the animals and nature, to follow Segojan Earthcaller and his teachings- treat with respect and friendship the animals of the wild.

During your training for your designated role per your family you accidentally destroyed a Sacred structure in your town beyond repair. Your parents view you as a disgrace, as does the entire town. The only one you can turn to is your great great grandfather. When he passed you vowed to prove your worth to your family... you just need a little funding to get things going. Late at night you pack your things and a few things from the family's safe and skip town. Since you left your town you have built connections to the underground and can fast talk just about anyone. You blend in no matter where you go, nicking things from nobility...they can spare the coin. You never turn your back on those that are in need. Your true home and where you are most comfortable will always be in the forest among the trees.

You also have the ring your grandfather gave you before he died. When you wear it its almost like you can't be surprised and the trees whisper to you. It is a beautiful green metal the like of which you have never seen before with gnomish runes carved in it.
