As someone who raised up the finest stock for your local lord or baron, you have a special command over animals. From life to death, you train the finest in livestock, and sometimes that may mean pushing those worked to their limits. Perhaps you felt guilt over the way you treated those under your care, and now seek to lighten the loads of others. Discuss with your DM what your trade involved, and who you were hired by.
