Since young, your drive for training and exercise was one of your most prominent features. Over the years with constant exercise, your body sculpted itself into a statue worthy physique. Not letting it get to your head, you are still the same "everyday you", gaining much favor and popularity with strangers and the people from your hometown alike.

Skill Proficiencies: You gain two skill proficiencies; athletics and medicine. Athletics is obvious for the physical perfomance of your body, and medicine for the knowledge of how to prepare for training, patch up possible injuries from exercise, and what to eat to keep your body in optimal shape.
Tool Proficiencies: You gain proficiency with the weavers tools. This is to patch up your athletic gear from wear and tear.
Languages: You have learnt two languages from participating in public athletic events and activities.
Equipment: A set of weavers tools, a set of common clothes, a trophy, and a pouch containing 15 gp

Feature: Athletic Charm

Due to your constant training and exercise, your body appears to be on peak performance to any average person, even if it isn't. People will be flustered to have your attention because your body is as close to a physical ideal as it could possibly get to these people. In other words people will try to accommodate your wishes and needs due to a sort of awestruck intimidation that they get from you.
