After your long training at the spire, you have gained the title of Federal Wizard, it comes with a tithe of respect among the common folk. They seem you as a respected member of society. Using the "Flash Of The Badge" feature among the common folks give you some small fame which allows passage or acceptance among commoners. Sometimes you can puss your title and attempt to overcome some of the higher chain of command.
- Skill Proficiencies: Choose two from these three proficiencies: Insight, Intimidation or Arcana
- Equipment: You come equipped with a police badge, cap and Hardened wand. The Badge and cap are required for this backgrounds feature. the Hardened wand acts as a baton when required and also as a spell casting focus as normal.
When working with the public common folk, you may flash your badge once per short rest to allow yourself access to simple areas, such as the kitchens in a tavern, the local drunks house or anything that seems logical within the DM's discretion. While working alongside a ranking member of the public, such as local guard, criminals of an area or again, anybody you'd deem logical in a policing environment. To make this possible, take the Wisdom score of the target adding your Intelligence modifier to create a DC to which you roll Persuasion, Intimidation or any skill which uses a charisma modifier
