Grimm

Once per long rest you can turn into Death's mortal instrument the Grimm wraith, this form can be anything from a skeleton in robes, to a shadow mass, a monster of any shape or size, etc. to your liking. In this form you regain health 5d8+Con mod, gain a basic attack, and gain two abilities to use once. Your basic attack is a 1d10+str mod, multi attack and can be anything from claws to decaying skin or using something like elongated legs to open someone up. For every enemy you hit they gain a fear stack. Ability 1. Reckon souls: Whenever someone dies whether it be ally or enemy, you are able to draw their soul to you and gain 1d4 health and an extra modifier to your basic attack. Ability 2. Fear the Reaper: Upon activating this ability any enemy creature in a 30 ft radius around you gains the fear effect and a stack of fear. Each stack of fear on an enemy makes them vulnerable to physic dmg, so any saving throw will have disadvantage or they take twice as much dmg from physic dmg. Any stack larger than 1 will deal 1d4 (increases with each stack) physic dmg against the target every round, 1 stack goes away after each round. The form dissipates after the fight is over, so use this carefully for using this ability is a 1 in 10 chance for your character to gain dark corruption, after transforming roll a d10. If you roll anything 7 or higher you gain no stacks of dark corruption, if 3 up to 6 gain 1 stack. If 2 or below gain 2 stacks of dark corruption. After 15 stacks you will be marked the black spot and within a day or up to a month you will die and join death in his realm.
