As long as you have a clear view of the night sky, you can always determine:

  • Which way is north.
  • What time of day it is and what time of year it is.
  • The time until sunset or sunrise.
  • Your approximate location, to within 50 miles.

In addition to this, you can name constellations and recall lore related to any constellation you can see.

This ability does not work on a plane different to the plane you have done your research on.
