So you learned to provide for yourself and maybe also your brothers and sisters. Living in the slums was a struggle, altough you had a roof over your had, you never know what could happen the next day. You decided it was time for change, so you left your live behind and created a new persona in a new city. Someone with a wealthy background and noble family. You got yourselve some money and found yourselve some decend clothing.

You begin your adventuring career with enough money to live modestly but securely for at least ten days. How did you come by that money? What is your new persona and how inflicts this with your old background and habits?

Work with your DM to come up with an appropriate title and determine how much authority that title carries and how many connections you have within the city.
