Others tend to find both your relationship and similar mannerisms pretty unnerving. As a result, you are proficient in intimidation and also have advantage if your twin is close by (within range of your walking speed).

It is a very common occurrence that a pair of twins develops their own language over time, that only the two of them can understand. The connection between you and your twin is so strong that you have transcended this phenomenon and are able to communicate with one another without words - you can talk inwardly to each other with your thoughts.

The Good News
If your twin drinks a potion, is the beneficiary of a spell, or in any way receives some form of healing, the positive effect somewhat extends to you as well.
You get 1 D4's worth of HP at level 2, 2x D4 at level 4, 3x D4 at level 6 etc.
The Bad News
If your twin drops to zero hit points, you feel their pain - causing you to lose 1HP and fall prone on your next turn. This also happens on a failed death saving throw.
The actual death of your twin would strike you down with grief, reducing your HP to zero.
