Graduate Of The Academy Of The Order Of The Ivory Chapel Image

You entered the Academy at the age of five and managed to survive the basic training and graduated at some point between 15 and 18. The Ivory Chapel believe that in a world of war and terror there needs to be a force for good in the world. The Temple elders take in and train orphans in their ways and give them the skills they need to make a difference in the world. All graduates are competent fighters and no matter what path they take people know that in a pinch they can throw down with the best of them.

The last three years of training are dedicated to starting their specialization in the area they wish to serve the world, but the training undertaken is not the path that the graduate finds themselves on. Most graduates end up in either their chosen path, or a very similar one but on occasion a very different path is chosen. Whilst officially the Order does not recognise the difference the Champions often refer to them as The Chosen and they feel like they are chosen for a very special task. They are often considered the leaders of groups and other Champions look to them for guidance.

Once they graduate they undertake the trials to find their path, those that succeed receive the robes and armour that mark them as a champion of The Order. Generally Champions are welcomed in all homes, keeps and courts around the country with even those who oppose them knowing it is better to be openly polite that be in direct confrontation. After decades of walking in the world helping people a Champion can undertake the trial to become either an advisor or an elder. Advisors are attacked to kings, lords and leaders and apply their skills to help the leader stay on the path of right. Elders run and maintain the Chapel and oversee the training of the new recruits.
