Those who have been granted the power of the Outsider are known as the Marked Ones, living in the shadows out of safety from others. Together, they are bonded by a code: We who seek the truth, who seek retribution for the dreaded, who seek vengeance upon wrong-doers, will do so through the Outsider's veil of darkness.
Those who are called Marked Ones, gain the ability to speak to their benefactor telepathically once a day to gain guidance in the path they are moving in. This ritual takes about 10 minutes to complete. One may choose to enter the void mentally or have The Outsider visit them. If The Outsider visits them, only the one who summoned them can see and hear it. The guidance given to the Marked One is very vague or given in a riddle of some sort. Additionally, during your 10 minutes, you may choose to enter the Void instead with all of your being. You may end this effect early and teleport back to the place you started the ritual.
