For a majority of your life you have worked in a bar. Serving tables, polishing steins, lifting barrels, and drinking. But the most crucial of skills you picked up was knowing how to listen to people and what to listen for from people. A wide variety of people show up at the bar including a few unsavory types and if your willing to listen you can pick up a lot from people.
- Skill Proficiencies: Investigation, Persuasion
- Tool Proficiencies: Brewer’s supplies, Cook’s Utensils
- Equipment: tankard, bottle of ale, soap, common cloths, a belt pouch with 10gp
When you make a history (Wis) check to learn something about the local history of a place you can use investigation rather than history. As well you can gain advantage on the check if you offer some one alcohol. The price and type of the alcohol depends on the type of people around you at the time, for example a simple ale would work in an area with common citizens but if you are in an area of nobles or the information is only known by nobles a wine or a more rare alcohol must be given up.
